The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has issued a recall for a children’s nail art product exclusively sold through The Reject Shop.
The Do-it-Yourself Nail Art Studio, containing nail polish, adhesive nails, a nail pen, glitter and sequins, a nail file and a finger splitter, have been recalled as the product does not comply with the mandatory cosmetics ingredients labelling standard. The ingredients for the nail polish, adhesive nails and nail pen are not included in the packaging.
There is a risk of allergic reaction if consumers are exposed to the ingredients they are sensitive or allergic to.
Consumers are urged to stop using the product immediately and return to the place of purchase for a full refund.
